You are in full control over your subscription in Stolo:

From Trial to Pro: A Flexi Trial doesn't auto-convert. Subscribe to Pro anytime, during or after your trial, on whichever billing cycle suits you.

Switching billing cycles: Move from Monthly to Quarterly or Annual anytime, we prorate the days left on your current cycle. Moving to a shorter cycle takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle instead. Either way, no penalties or switching fees.

Cancellation: You can cancel from your Account Settings anytime. Your current plan stays active till the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for.
Billing & Payment
- All payments can be made using UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
- Quarterly and Annual billing cost less per month than Monthly.
- Invoices with GST are available. You can enter your GSTIN number along with State details to receive a GST invoice on your subscription.
- You can also apply a promo code (if available) at the time of subscription to unlock special offers or discounts, based on ongoing promotions.
Refund Policy
We believe in delivering value, but if our platform isn't the right fit for you, we've got you covered, refund terms differ slightly for a Flexi Trial versus a Pro subscription:
- Flexi Trial (7 or 15 days): Full, no-questions-asked refund if you reach out to support within your trial period.
- Flexi Trial (1 or 3 days): Priced low enough to try that these durations are not eligible for a refund. Pick the 7-day or 15-day trial if you want that safety net.
- Pro (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual): Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment. Past that window, refunds aren't available for the current billing cycle.
You can request a refund by submitting a Refund Request Form from Profile > Billing > Refund Details.
