Stolo provides its services through a subscription-based model. Upon successful payment, users will gain immediate access to the platform. As our services are delivered digitally over the internet, there are no physical shipments involved. The availability of the service is contingent upon uninterrupted internet access.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once payment is collected and access to our platform is granted, it cannot be refunded. We do not entertain requests for refunds after the data has been accessed and utilized. This policy is in line with industry standards for SAAS platforms.

Liabilities and Termination

Stolo reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user for any reason, including but not limited to violation of our Terms of Use.

In the event of any termination initiated by the user, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
