Refund and Cancellation

  • Stolo offers various subscription plans – trial, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly plans for different tiers, with payments facilitated through a secure payment gateway. Upon subscription, users gain access to the full spectrum of features based on their selected plan until the Plan end date.
  • Refunds are only applicable within the first 2 hours of subscription and plan activation. Users are eligible for a refund during this initial period. However, after the lapse of this timeframe, payments made are considered final and non-refundable.
  • Users have the option to cancel their subscriptions by reaching out to our dedicated support team at support@stolo.in. While cancellation is possible, it is important to highlight that there will be no refunds for canceling an active plan or closing the associated account.
  • Upon reaching the end date of your subscription plan, access to features will be discontinued. To continue enjoying the benefits of Stolo services, users are required to re-subscribe. This ensures uninterrupted access to our comprehensive suite of offerings.
